Another Charge Added Against Titus County Burglary Suspect

A man already in the Titus County Jail on three burglary charges is a suspect in at least one other break-in that occurred Tuesday. Deputies had arrested 36-year-old Joseph Russell Elswick and allegedly he had items stolen in the burglaries in his vehicle. Those items included firearms, power tools, electronics, and a couple replica wrestling championship belts. Another suspect may also be involved and the investigation is continuing.
