Another East Texas Case Of Zika Confirmed

A Zika virus case has been confirmed in a Gregg County person. Health officials say the person did not get it from an East Texas mosquito, but rather most likely was bitten by a mosquito while visiting relatives in Puerto Rico. The person’s gender has not been released, but authorities say the victim was not pregnant. Last week, a case of Zika virus was confirmed in a Clarksville man.
