Another Homicide In Upshur County

Upshur County deputies were dispatched to a home on Holly Road in reference to a welfare check and discovered the body of James Earl Robinson. Because of the nature of Robinsons injuries the case is being treated as a homicide. As a result of the investigation, deputies located Clinton Ray Allen and arrested him for public intoxication. Deputies are questioning Allen about Robinson’s death.
