Another Suspect Charged in Sulphur Springs Assaults

A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the disturbance on Van Sickle Street in Sulphur Springs that left two men hospitalized. The second man arrested, 30 year old Charlie James Williams is the brother of the other suspect, 2 4 year old Lucas Wayne Williams. Both men have been charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Police say that one of the victims was stabbed, and the other struck by a baseball bat. Both were treated at Christus Mother Frances Hospital-Sulphur Springs.
