Another Warrant Served On Winnsboro Man

Hopkins County charged Justin Blaine Sicard, 28, of Winnsboro, with a warrant. He was in the Hopkins County jail on drug charges at the time. The latest order also charges him with possession of more than four but less than 200 grams of methamphetamine.
