Anti-Drug, Violence Program At Chisum Elementary

An anti-drug and violence program has begun for Chisum ISD students. The program, L-E-A-D strands for Law Enforcement Against Drugs, is geared toward 375 students in the second through fifth grades at Chisum Elementary School. Chisum ISD Police Department Sergeant Chris Palmore will be teaching the classes.
