Appeal Denied For Man Sentenced To Four Life Terms In Prison

A former Commerce resident who received multiple life sentences in Hopkins County  for numerous burglaries in the area has had his convictions and sentences  upheld by the Sixth Distict Court of Appeals in Texarkana. 31 year old Stanton Wayne Yates will serve the 4 life sentences concurrently.  He still faces burglary charges in Hunt County.
