Appeals Court Rejects Stay For Oklahoma Death Inmates

A federal appeals court in Denver has rejected a request from two Oklahoma death row inmates to halt their upcoming lethal injections temporarily. The decision paves the way for the state to carry out the executions of Donald Grant, 46, tomorrow, and Gilbert Postelle, 35, on Feb. 17.
