Appellate Court Denies Former Cumby Teacher’s Appeal

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has denied the appeal of a former Cumby math teacher convicted of multiple charges related to child pornography and enticing a child. 38 year old Lucus Ray Hill was sentenced to 33 years, 9 months in federal prison, which must be served day for day.
