Appellate Court Upholds Conviction, Sentence Of Molester

The Sixth Court of Criminal Appeals has upheld the conviction and sentence of a Northeast Texas man who molested boy under the age of six. Reportedly, 49-year-old Dennis Michael Wolfenbarger, Jr., of Bowie County, was found guilty of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
