Ark-Tex Council Of Governments Meeting

Joint Agenda Northeast Texas Economic Development District and Ark-Tex Council of Governments Board of Directors Meeting

June 24, 2021, The Northeast Texas Economic Development District (NETEDD) and the Board of Directors of the Ark-Tex Council of Governments (ATCOG) will meet at 10:00 am, Thursday, June 24, 2021, at the Titus County Extension Office, located at 1708 Industrial Road, Mt. Pleasant, as well as, via teleconference/webinar.

Item 4. Review and consider approval of the minutes as submitted for the NETEDD meeting held Thursday, March 25, 2021. (See page 4) 

Item 5. Review and consider approval of the submission of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Utilities Service Revolving Funds for Financing Water and Wastewater Projects. Item 14. Review and consider approval authorizing the Executive Director to sign the Rerate and Benefit Verification Form with Texas Municipal League Health. Item 15. Review and consider annual approval of the Investment Policy that establishes procedures to be followed in investing funds for ATCOG. (See page 40; to be presented by staff member Melinda Tickle)
