An Arkansas couple has been arrested after the stolen SUV they were driving was tracked by ON-STAR to a convenience store in Northeast Texas. Police took 25-year-old Earl-Barnabas Coleman and 26-year-old Ashley Wiggens, both of Little Rock, into custody in Texarkana and are being held in the Bi-State Justice Center.
