Arkansas Man Arrested In Hopkins County After Pursuit, Crash

A 33-year-old Arkansas man was arrested after he led a Cumby Police Officer and Hunt County Deputies on a high-speed chase along I-30 from Cumby into Hunt County. The chase ended when spikes were deployed at the 97-mile marker and the vehicle crashed. The suspect, Terry Lynn Critton, began running away but was captured. He was transported to the hospital and then booked into the Hopkins County Jail for Evading Arrest and Reckless Driving. He was also charged on an Arkansas warrant with violation of parole and bond was denied.
