Search and Rescue operations ended around noon Thursday for Ryan Shane Johnson, 21, of Fouke, AR. Johnson drowned Tuesday night while wading with friends in the Sulphur River south of Texarkana. Officials recovered his body near the Smith Park Landing. At least ten departments from Arkansas and Texas worked to locate Johnson.
