ARkansas Man Indicted After N.E Texas Bank Robbery

A Bowie County grand jury has indicted 43 year old  Dixon Kelley III for allegedly shooting at Texarkana police after robbing a bank earlier this month.  He was arrested after his vehicle became stuck in the mud after the holdup..
