Arkansas Teen Charge Jailed In Hopkins County

An Arkansas teen was arrested after he was stopped by a State Trooper on I-30 in Hopkins County for driving without a front license tag. During questioning 19-year-old Ronnelle Louis Collins, of Little Rock, was evasive and a DPS K9 was called to the scene. A subsequent search turned up a small amount of a controlled substance, a handgun and $13,000 in cash. Collins faces money laundering, weapons, and drug charges.
