Two East Texas fast food restaurants were robbed over the weekend, and authorities are studying security video of the holdups to try to determine if they were related. The robberies occurred at Jack in the Box restaurants in Tyler and Kilgore and in each case the suspect was armed with a handgun. In each incident, the suspect is described as a white male about six feet tall and weighing 180 to 200 pounds and wearing a red bandana to cover his face. In the Tyler holdup, a female employee was struck in the face with a pistol.
