Texarkana, Texas, Police arrested Treyveyon Henderson in the 2016 murder case. Henderson, who was 16 at the time of the murder, is accused of playing a role in the fatal shooting of Fred Griffin. He’s in the Bi-State Jail on a Capital Murder charge. Investigators say they had the warrant for Henderson two years ago but had to wait to serve it until they released him on an unrelated court order from prison.
