Arrest Made in Deport Bomb Scare

A 29 year old man was arrested Thursday afternoon in connection with a “ bomb hoax scare”. 29 year old Jacob Weathers was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Lamar County jail where bond was set at $3,000. The bomb hoax was discovered at a house in Deport where Weatherby had recently been evicted.
