Arrest Made In Upshur County Fatal Hit-And-Run

Authorities arrested 37-year-old Victor Frausto-Lopez of Gilmer in connection with a hit-and-run crash last week that claimed the life of a motorcyclist. Lopez was allegedly the driver who caused the crash that killed 25-year-old Tristen Gore of Longview. He is in the Gregg County Jail.
