MEN’S GOLFER OF THE WEEK: Tyler Schingle, Sr., Belhaven

Belhaven University senior Tyler Schingle (Walls, Miss.) tied for 32nd at the Mississippi College Spring Invitational. He started the tournament with a two-under-par 70 and finished with a three-round scored of 227.

WOMEN’S GOLFER OF THE WEEK: McKenna Ralston, Sr., Mary Hardin-Baylor

University of Mary Hardin-Baylor senior McKenna Ralston (Temple, Texas) fired a 79-75=154 to finish second at the Schreiner Women’s Shootout. She was just one stroke off the pace after posting the lowest second round score.

MEN

Louisiana College freshman Nick Grabowski (Alexandria, La.) tied for 19th at the Loyola New Orleans Invitational with a score of 119 over 27 holes.

WOMEN

The University of Texas at Tyler sophomore Katelyn Hicken (Frisco, Texas) finished fourth in a field primarily consisting of Division II and junior college programs. It is the second top-five finish of her career after shooting an 80-79-159.
