Athens ISD Driver Pleads Not Guilty In Fatal Bus Crash

The driver of an Athens ISD bus involved in a fatal crash has pleaded not guilty to criminally negligent homicide and injury to a child. The crash claimed the life of a 13-year-old boy. Reportedly, 78-year-old John Stevens entered the plea in Henderson County during his arraignment. He is free on $10,000 bond.
