Attempted ATM Theft At Hugo Bank

Hugo Police are investigating an attempted ATM theft at the FirstBank on East Jackson Street in Hugo. Eyewitnesses reported it, and the burglars were fleeing the scene when police arrived. They led police on a chase in a vehicle stolen from a local firefighter but abandoned it a few blocks later and fled on foot. They did not take any money, the ATM only had minor damage, and the suspects remain at large.
