Morris County Man Jailed In Titus County

Kyle Reese Butler Titus County Deputies arrested 32-year-old Kyle Reese Butler, of Daingerfield, on a Morris County warrant for Aggravated Assault, and a Franklin County warrant for Burglary. They also charged him with a bond surrender warrant with Harassment of a Public Servant. Bonds total $35,000.

NE Texas Man Jailed In Mother’s Death

Authorities arrested a Cass County man for firing into a house on HWY 77 and killing his mother. They charged 20-year-old Nathan Johns with the murder of Melissa Johns. Investigators say Nathan had fired several rounds with a handgun into the house, and one of the bullets struck his mother.
