Man Guilty Of Murdering Father

Following a two-day trial, an Upshur County jury Thursday found 45-year-old Michael Timothy Caffey guilty of murdering his father, 66-year-old Timothy Allen Caffey. Court documents show the son beat his father to death with a claw hammer. They sentenced him to life in prison.
