Authorities Are Concerned And Looking For Holloway

Texarkana authorities issued a felony arrest warrant for LeGus Holloway, 69, of Texarkana Texas, for cruelty to non-livestock animals. It follows a video that surfaced over the weekend on social media that shows Holloway viciously abusing a dog. Police have not found Holloway, and they are concerned about threatening comments that some have made on social media about the abuse.
