Authorities Investigate Inmate Death At Bi-State Jail

Franklin Greathouse, 59, was found unresponsive by his cellmate Monday in Texarkana’s Bi-State Jail. The jail staff conducted CPR on Greathouse until Life Net personnel arrived. Bowie County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Chad Ford and Texas Ranger Josh Mason were called to investigate the death. Most think Greathouse died of natural cause.
