Bass Tapped As New Lamar County Commissioner

Lamar County Judge Chuck Superville has appointed Ronnie Bass to be the new commissioner for Precinct 3, which is in the northwest part of the county.  Bass will replace Rodney Pollard, who retired to spend more time with his family.  Bass won the Republican primary election in March and no Democrats filed to run in November.
