Bedford Police Arrest Two Suspects

Authorities in Bedford arrested Carlton Grant, 37, of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and Lindsey McFadden, 29, of the Longview area. Bedford Police found them driving Rachel Rhoads’ vehicle last Friday. Recreational vehicle riders discovered Rachel, 24, of Longview, last weekend in Upshur County. Bedford originally released the two with no reason to hold them. Upshur County Sheriff Larry Webb’s office and Texas Rangers helped Bedford locate the suspects at an apartment complex in Fort Worth. Information on the case is under a gag order.
