An Upshur County man has pleaded guilty to three counts of Indecency with a Child under age six. District Judge Dean Fowler sentenced 73-year-old Gerald Gibbs Duhon of Big Sandy to 20 years in prison on each count. District Attorney Billy Byrd said Duhon would not become eligible for parole until he is 93.
