Bill To Cap Insulin Prices Awaits Governor’s Signature

A proposal to cap out-of-pocket costs for insulin has made its way to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s desk. If signed into law by the governor, it would cap co-pays for insured diabetics at $25 per 30-day supply of insulin.
