Body Found In Upshur County Identified

Upshur County authorities have identified the man whose body was alongside a road on Saturday. Sixty-five-year-old Robert David Rodriguez was found deceased about a mile from FM 1404. Sheriff Larry Webb said Rodriguez was a homeless person, and they could not locate next of kin. They found no signs of foul play but ordered an autopsy.
