Bogata Man Charged In Fatal Stabbing

The investigation continues after one man is dead and another in custody when a verbal altercation escalated into a fatal stabbing in Bogata. Thirty-eight-year-old Johnny Goforth was arrested and is being held in the Red River County jail.  Bogata police have identified the victim as John David Brown.
