Bogata Police urges residents to ensure they lock their vehicles and houses because of a wanted man hiding in backyards. Charles Anthony Watkins, aka Red, is wanted for resisting arrest and an unspecified felony warrant. Witness last saw him wearing blue jeans and a faded red hooded sweatshirt.
