Bond Denied For ET Man Charged In Two Counties

A 29-year-old East Texas man is being held without bond on weapons charges from two counties. Matthew Taevon Brown, of Kemp, is also being held without bond on a U.S. Marshal’s warrant. He’s accused in Kaufman County of two counts of theft of a firearm and one of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. He faces a similar charge in Anderson County.
