Bond Denied In Separate Titus County Cases

Mario Alverto Jass Gutterez has been arrested by Mt. Pleasant police for unauthorized use of a vehicle and three misdemeanor charges for possession of drug paraphernalia, no driver’s license and failure to appear in Camp County. Bond for Gutterez was denied.

Bond has been denied for a man arrested by Titus County deputies.  Gene Edwin Carter  was wanted for violation of the parole he was on for a previous felony conviction.
