A murder suspect being held in the Hopkins County jail under $1 million bond since October has had his bond reduced to $100,000. Judge Eddie Northcutt ordered that if Justin Joe McQueen makes bail, he must wear an ankle monitor as a condition of his release. McQueen is accused of killing 25 year old Jesse Louis Vasquez on Ingram Street in Sulphur Springs.
