Bond Reduction Denied For Hunt County Murder Suspect

Hunt  County District Judge Richard Beacom has denied a request for a man charged with murdering a University Park Fire Captain to lower his bond. 37 year old Michael Garza of Quinlan remains in jail in lieu of $1million bond.  Judge Beacom made no decision on a defense motion for a gag order in the case.  Meanwhile, 29 year old Chacey POynter has hired an attorney to represent her on a conspiracy charge in the slaying of her husband, Robert Poynter.
