Bond Reduction Denied For Upshur County Manslaughter Suspect

An Upshur County judge has denied a request to reduce the bond on 23 year old Robert William Frazier of Gilmer. He’s charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter and two counts of intoxication assault. The charges stem from the June 3 deaths of 19 year old Haley Johnson of Big Sandy, and 17 year old Bailee Russell of Holly Lake Ranch. Frazier’s bond will remain at $500,000.
