A bond reduction hearing will be held today in Hunt County for one of the people charged in the fatal shooting in Royse City of a University Park Fire Department Captain. 37 year old Michael Glen Garza of Quinlan is being held in lieu of $1 million bond on one count of murder in the death of . Robert Poynter. POynter’s wife, Chacey Poynter is charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the death of her husband, and is jailed under $500,000 bond.
