Latisha Nicole Jenkins McMurry, 33, of Texarkana, appeared in Bowie County District Court Wednesday, and Judge Bobby Lockhart had her taken into custody at the end of the hearing. McMurry is accused of embezzling more than $74,000 from a Texarkana business. Since then authorities arrested McMurry in Arkansas on drug charges. Her bond has been revoked.
