Bond Set By Hopkins County JP On Felony Drug Charge

Bond was set at $42,000 for a man arrested in Hopkins County on a first-degree felony drug charges. Officials booked 31-year-old  Derrick Matthew Garcia into jail for possession of more than four but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance, possession of small amount marijuana, and a warrant for a traffic offense.
