Bond has been set at $713,000 for a Clarksville man involved in a stand-off with law enforcement last week. Billy Marcy, allegedly assaulted his elderly mother before barricading himself inside her Clarksville home for hours. He was able to escape the home sometime during the standoff, but was caught around 4 a.m. Tuesday morning on a County Road in Anona and faces multiple charges. He’s being held in the Franklin County jail.
