Bond Set For East Texas Man Facing Felony Drug Charges

Bond was set at $104,500 for an East Texas man arrested on felony drug charges after a traffic stop in Gregg County. Authorities charged 36-year-old Chad Reiman Howard, of Longview, with Manufacture-Delivery of more than four but less than 200 grams of a Penalty Group I Controlled Substance and less than 28 grams of a Penalty Group II Controlled Substance.
