Bond has been set at $100,000 for an East Texas teen charged with sexually assaulting an 8 year old girl. 17 year old J’Rome “Bone” Shepard of Karnack pleaded not guilty to the first degree felony charge in Bowie County. Shepard is a distant relative of the victim and had been staying with her family when the attacks allegedly occurred.
