Bond Set For Lone Oak Pursuit Suspect

A 29 year old Lone Oak man is being held in the Hunt County jail under $135,000 bond after leading officers from multiple jurisdictions on a chase through Greenville. During the incident, the suspect, identified as Gary Valdez Lynch the Third allegedly tried to run over an officer and one of the officers was forced to fire his weapon.  No one was shot and no injuries were reported. Lynch has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against a peace officer, evading arrest and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
