Bond Set For Overton Man In FV Case

Bond has been set at $15,000 for an East Texas man arrested at a home in Overton. Officers say 36-year-old Johnathan William Elkins was drunk and threw eggs at a woman and her children several times. He also allegedly kicked the woman with his knee.
