Bond has been set at $200,000 for a Pickton man arrested by Hopkins County Sheriff’s investigators. 38 years old. Samuel Avila Garcia is charged with Continuous Sexual Assault of a child under the age of 14. Garcia, who speaks limited English, reportedly admitted through an interpreter to the assaults, which allegedly began in October of 2015.
