Bond Set For Smith County Constable

A Smith County judge has refused to lower the $1 million bond set for a Smith County Constable who violated the terms of his earlier bail multiple times. Smith County Pct. 1 Constable Curtis Traylor-Harris, 34-year-old, is among three individuals, including Pct. 1 Sgt. Derrick Holman and former Pct. 1 Chief Deputy LaQuenda Banks they arrested in November 2021 on the charges of abuse of official capacity, official oppression, and property theft.
