Bond Set In Fake Drug Arrest

Bond has been set at $10,000 for 28-year-old Kyle Houston Hooper of Sulphur Springs on a felony drug charge. He was arrested by Special Crimes Unit officers for Unlawful delivery of a simulated controlled substance. He allegedly sold the fake narcotics to a confidential informant.
